Terms

  • New account applications must be completed and signed by an authorized officer.
  • NET 30 days with credit approval. Payment may be made by either check or credit card. Credit Card payments made after the due date are subject to a fee equal to 3% of the invoice total.
  • Prepayment required without prior credit approval.
  • Minimum opening order $150 for new accounts, $100 for re-orders.
  • 1.5% service charge per month on past due balances.
  • All prices quoted in US dollars.
  • Shipping FOB Fairfield, New Jersey.
  • Full Freight Allowed (FFA) on orders of $500 or more (excluding Desktop models and displays). FFA is offered at wholesale prices published in this catalog. Backorders over $100.00 will be shipped at the same terms as the original order. Items not shipped are placed on back order unless customer request they be cancelled.
  • Report damages/shortages within seven days of merchandise receipt.
  • Damaged merchandise will be replaced. Call for return or authorization number.
  • Any merchandise returned without authorization will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • Canadian customers - please refer to Canadian pricelist for terms and conditions.
All orders are subject to acceptance by Daron Worldwide Trading, Inc. We reserve the right to change paint/markings on our models. We also reserve the right to discontinue any models or change the offered scale without prior notice. Prices are subject to change without notice. All shipments are made at prices in effect at the time of shipment.
